Eidogen-Sertanty is offering a free evaluation of 11 kinase-specific eScreens.

The eScreen® technology is part of our ARK™ drug discovery platform. eScreens are designed to prioritize compounds in the lead discovery and optimization process and help jump outside the known chemistry space to identify novel chemotypes.

Sertanty provides eScreen® for nearly 50 kinase targets including: ABL, CDK1_B, CDK2_E, CDK_4D1, CDCK5, EGFR, KDR, LCK, MAPK14, PRKCA, SRC. Please click here to see a full list of available eScreens.

After uploading an SD file that contains molecular structures and a name for each structure you will receive an e-mail with a ranking of the molecules according to their predicted activities. Please note that these are activity scores and not predictions of the actual IC50 value. You can upload up to 100 structures and eScreen® them against three targets of your choice.

We understand that some of the structures you would like to submit are your intellectual property and confidential. Although none of the uploaded structures can be viewed by anybody else and will be automatically deleted from the database after screening, we will be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement with you and provide you with an evaluation behind our firewall.
