Managers
We are seeking Sales Managers to rapidly close and
maintain cheminformatics and drug discovery software
deals with clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech
industry. We are seeking highly independent and self-motivated
individuals whom will be responsible for fulfilling
and exceeding sales quotas by prospecting, developing,
and closing new business. Candidates have been selling
in the past to the (bio)pharmaceutical industry and
have well established networks of business relationships.
Sales Managers work in a dynamic team of sales professionals
who are currently growing and developing Eidogen-Sertanty's
share of the informatics and drug discovery software
applications. Sales Managers participate in representing
the company and demonstrating the technology at trade
shows and conferences and develop client relationships
from initial contact to closing the deal to continual
account management.
Candidates have a keen interest in ligand- and target-based
technologies and understand the application of these
technologies in the process of drug discovery. Ideal
candidates have exceptional interpersonal skills, listen
to the clients needs and provide solutions that fit
client's critical business issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
BS or MS in chemistry or biochemistry.
3-5 years direct sales experiences of scientific
software, database or cheminformatics tools.
Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close deals
and exceed sales quota.
Must have a keen interest to stay abreast of new
technology developments for drug discovery.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills,
self-motivated, ambitious, and independent.
Clear and engaging presentation and communication
style.
Must be willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
